Victor Chan has a combined five years of experience as a head and assistant coach of the University of Ottawa and University of Toronto varsity teams, winning a provincial and national championship. Victor also has over 11 years of coaching at high performance clubs, including at the prestigious KC Badminton Club in Markham and Royal Canadian Yacht Club in Toronto. As a PhD scientist in human kinetics, Victor combines his badminton and exercise science expertise to help badminton players obtain their goals. Aayush Saha brings one year of coaching experience and has been actively competing in high-level tournaments such as the Ontario Provincial A, Quebec Juniors/ABC, and the Junior National Elite & Super Series for the past 6–7 years. Key Achievements: i. Represented Badminton Canada twice at the Junior Pan Am Championships in 2019–2020 and 2023–2024 ii. Won multiple Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals in Singles, BD, XD at Junior National Elite Series tournaments iii. Won multiple Gold and Silver medals in Singles, Boys Doubles, Mixed Doubles in Ontario A Series and Quebec Junior/ABC Tournaments. Aayush continues to pursue excellence and is dedicated to achieving even greater success in the future.

Austin Flannigan served as the coach of the University of Ottawa Badminton Team for three seasons, from 2018 to 2021. A dedicated athlete himself, he continues to compete at both the provincial and national levels in men’s singles. His accomplishments include: i. 4x Gold medalist at the Ottawa District Championships (2015, 2017, 2019, 2024) ii. Bronze medalist at the Canadian University/College Championships (2018) iii. Silver medalist at the Ontario Provincial Open Championships (2025) iv Ranked as high as 7th in Canada (2022, 2024, 2025).

Vedant Sardeshpande brings one year of coaching experience and has been actively competing in high-level tournaments such as the Quebec Juniors and Qubec ABC Series for the past 2 years. Key Achievements: i. OFSAA Gold Medalist in Single (2024). ii. Won multiple Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals in Singles at local tournaments. iii. Participated state level tournaments in India.
